Job summary

AGP Ag Processing Inc seeks a Customer Account Coordinator to be the essential link between customers and internal teams, including Sales, Logistics, Production, Quality, and Accounting. You’ll own the customer order experience from entry to invoicing and ensure commitments are met.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service or related field.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to coordinate across Sales, Production, Logistics and Quality.
• Experience with order management and invoicing processes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Willingness to learn ERP/CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer orders from entry through fulfillment and invoicing.
• Communicate order status, product availability, shipments, and delays.
• Coordinate with Sales, Production, Logistics, Quality, and other teams.
• Identify and resolve order, pricing, billing, account, and delivery issues.
• Monitor inventory, production, and logistics information to anticipate potential problems.
• Maintain accurate customer records and business system information.
• Provide customer and account support to Sales and commercial teams.
• Prepare reports and documentation related to orders, shipments, inventory, and customer activity.
