TForce Freight is seeking a Service Center Clerk to support the flow of freight by handling inquiries, processing paperwork, and following procedures for coverages, shortages, damages, and claims. Based in the St.

Louis area, you will collaborate with central and local dispatch offices to manage loads, provide rate quotes, schedule appointments, and perform key data-entry tasks from manifests. This is an entry-level position offering steady hours in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Qualifications

• U.S. citizen or otherwise authorized to work in the U.S.
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Basic computer skills

Responsibilities

• Review invoices.
• Work with central and local dispatch offices to assist in managing load schedules.
• Answer customer inquiries relating to rate quotes, appointments, etc.
• Perform data entry functions (i.e. keying bills from manifests)
