Responsibilities

• Transfer information from order manifest into Edge system.
• Review invoices and match with billing.
• Provide routine clerical support to service center staff.
• Perform general office duties (phone, data entry, filing).
• Prepare reports and presentations.
• Coordinate information for internal distribution.
• Handle ad hoc tasks as needed.
• Provide coverage in other departments during peak periods.
• Assist drivers with customer information and inquiries.
