Job summary

Qualifications

• 7+ years freight forwarding sales experience.
• 7+ years of perishables handling experience.
• Fully bilingual (English/Spanish – written and spoken).
• Excellent writing skills and people skills.

Responsibilities

• Introduce Prime Group / Prime Fresh Handling services to potential customers.
• Manage accounts from point of sale to payment follow up.
• Maintain a high volume of profitable business with frequent shipments to warehouse locations.
• Self-source customers using cold calling and other methods.
• Communicate with existing and new clients regularly.
• Build and maintain profitable customer relationships.
• Execute and close all sales calls.
• Collaborate with Operations to ensure top-tier customer experience.
• Provide market feedback to management.
