Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent required.
• Must have working knowledge of safe lifting and transporting procedures.
• Familiarity with freight forms (shipping orders, manifests, freight bills).
• Ability to monitor shipment locations using dock yard management systems.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload freight on trailers using forklifts, pallet jacks, or by hand.
• Ensure proper securing of freight with straps and airbags.
• Read shipping labels and follow DOT guidelines.
• Ensure quality loading of all trailers and monitor locations across the service center.
