Responsibilities

• Answer telephones with a heavy call volume and direct calls with accuracy.
• Responsible for checking in drivers and distributing bills of lading.
• Enter delivery manifest data into the computer system and dispatch.
• Scan and image bills of lading and related documents.
• Coordinate delivery times with customers and drivers; meet deadlines.
