Job summary

Gh Logistics in Irving, TX is seeking driven freight development professionals who will build and manage a personal book of shipper accounts, growing recurring freight with our asset-based network.

You will prospect new business, negotiate rates and transportation solutions, expand existing accounts, and collaborate with Operations to ensure top‑notch service, with base pay plus uncapped commissions and bonuses.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of B2B sales experience.
• 1+ year of freight brokerage or 3PL experience.
• Proven ability to prospect and close new business.
• Experience building or managing a book of business.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-driven.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and develop new shipper accounts through cold calling, networking, and business development.
• Build and grow your own book of business.
• Negotiate rates, pricing, and transportation solutions.
• Develop long-term customer relationships that generate recurring freight.
• Expand existing accounts into additional lanes and transportation services.
• Work closely with Operations to ensure excellent customer service and execution.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline and achieve monthly revenue goals.
