Qualifications

• 5 years of logistics, freight brokerage, or transportation sales experience.

• Farm relationships: Grow repeat business by delivering exceptional service and reliability.
• Quote and close loads: Negotiate rates, build margins, and match freight with the right carrier.
• Collaborate with operations: Work closely with dispatch and carrier teams to ensure on-time pickups and deliveries.
• Track and manage your pipeline: Use CRM and TMS tools to manage leads, quotes, and booked loads.
• Know your lanes: Understand regional routes, seasonal freight trends, and capacity challenges.
• Stay sharp: Analyze market data, rate trends, and customer performance to uncover new opportunities.
