Dayton Freight Lines is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Louisville to assist customers with freight pickup requests, rate quotes, charges, and shipment tracing. You will communicate with drivers, account managers, and interline partners while maintaining accuracy and timely updates.

Qualifications

• Proficient with Microsoft Office programs and data entry.
• Strong keyboarding and typing speed.
• Excellent attention to detail in fast-paced settings.
• Experience handling a high volume of phone calls.
• Exceptional communication and customer service skills.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States.

Responsabilités

• Assist Dayton Freight customers with requests for freight pickups, rate quotes, charges, hot shipments, tracing, and appointments.
• Support the Service Center Manager and Account Managers with messages and information.
• Provide assistance to Drivers as needed.
• Prepare bills of lading and delivery receipts.
• Maintain clear communication with customers, interline partners, and colleagues.
