Responsibilities

• Assist Dayton Freight customers with requests for freight pickups, rate quotes, charges, hot shipments, tracing, and appointments.
• Support the Service Center Manager and Account Managers with messages and information.
• Provide assistance to Drivers as needed.
• Prepare bills of lading and delivery receipts.
• Maintain clear communication with customers, interline partners, and colleagues.
