Job summary

Carter LOGISTEED Logistics in Laredo, TX is seeking a Toyota Specialist to join the logistics team. You will manage customer relationships across order channels, own freight from creation to tracking, and provide proactive solutions to meet customer expectations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree and/or 1 year of transportation and customer service experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities; able to work in a high stress environment with changing priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; ability to learn new programs as necessary.
• Bilingual (Spanish and English) preferred.
