Job summary

Imperative Logistics Group is seeking a qualified entry coordinator in Laredo, TX. You will welcome arriving drivers, verify documents, and assign unloading doors while recording arrivals and creating references for merchandise.

Responsibilities include printing labels, updating the activity log and bill of lading, and coordinating with the forklift team. Bilingual English/Spanish communication is essential; a high school diploma or GED is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• 1–3 months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of English and Spanish in written and spoken form.

Responsibilities

• Greet the driver, verify the reason for visit and documentation.
• Assign a dock for unloading and locate load ID in the activity log.
• Enter arrival details for each provider on the QE screen and print labels.
• Create a work order for forklift start/end times and adjust AS400 as needed.
