Odyssey Logistics & Technology Corporation is seeking a Business Development Representative to drive growth in the mid-market segment. You will prospect, engage, and close with shippers, leveraging a hunter mindset across phone, email, LinkedIn, and Zoominfo.

The role offers a base salary plus uncapped commission, with full ownership of the sales cycle from prospecting to launch and handoff to account management, backed by a global logistics platform and carrier network.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in freight brokerage, 3PL, or transportation sales.
• Working knowledge of truckload and/or LTL.
• CRM chops (Salesforce or similar).
• Hunter mentality with confidence on the phone and in email outreach.

Responsibilities

• Prospect mid-market shippers by phone, email, Zoominfo, and LinkedIn.
• Run discovery calls that uncover new opportunities.
• Build proposals and pricing with our team.
• Manage new accounts through onboarding before handing them off to account management.
