You will serve as the primary contact between customers and internal operations, delivering reliable, cost-effective freight solutions. You will build relationships with logistics managers and procurement leads, coordinate with carrier sourcing and operations, and ensure on-time pickups and deliveries while maintaining service

Qualifications

• 2+ years of freight brokerage or transportation account management experience.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills with multi-account management.
• Problem-solving mindset for service disruptions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the day-to-day contact for assigned shipper accounts from onboarding through ongoing service.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at customer accounts.
• Understand customer needs and provide customized freight solutions.
• Coordinate with carrier sourcing/operations to secure capacity and ensure on-time pickup/delivery.
• Uphold customer service standards and carrier processes per company policy.
