Responsibilities

• Build your own book of business through cold calling to secure new accounts and managing your pipeline.
• Provide logistics solutions to new and existing customers.
• Be accountable for sales targets, retention and growth within your book of business.
• Communicate with dispatchers, drivers and customers, building relationships with both blue and white-collar decision makers.
• Work alongside our in-house operations team on your daily shipments through resolving issues and ensuring on-time pickup and delivery.
• Negotiate rates and contracts, selling on value over price
