Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in freight brokerage or logistics.
• Experience with DAT, Truckstop, or Highway preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and TMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain relationships with existing customer accounts.
• Coordinate and schedule freight shipments from pickup to delivery.
• Source, negotiate, and book carriers for loads.
• Track shipments and update customers and carriers regularly.
• Resolve delays and service issues promptly.
• Ensure load data accuracy in the TMS and systems.
• Monitor carrier performance and compliance.
• Collaborate with customers, carriers, and internal teams.
• Assist with billing and invoicing processes.
• Identify opportunities for account growth and satisfaction.
