Job summary

Royal Management Logistics is seeking a Logistics Billing Specialist to join our growing transportation team in New Jersey. You will accurately process customer invoices, carrier payments, and shipment documentation in a fast-paced setting.

You will verify BOLs/PODs, review contracts for rate accuracy, and collaborate with dispatch, customers, and carriers to resolve billing issues. Proficiency in Excel/Outlook and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of billing experience.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Invoice freight shipments accurately and on time.
• Verify BOLs, PODs, rate confirmations, and shipment paperwork.
• Review customer contracts and ensure billing matches rates.
• Process carrier invoices and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Collaborate with dispatch, customers, and carriers to resolve issues.
• Reconcile detention, layover, lumper, TONU, and accessorial charges.
• Maintain records in our Transportation Management System (TMS).
• Assist with accounts receivable and collections when needed.
• Meet daily and weekly billing deadlines.
