Job summary

Royal Management Logistics is seeking a Logistics Billing Specialist to join our growing transportation team in New Jersey. You will accurately process customer invoices, carrier payments, and shipment documentation in a fast-paced setting.

You will verify BOLs/PODs, review contracts for rate accuracy, and collaborate with dispatch, customers, and carriers to resolve billing issues. Proficiency in Excel/Outlook and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of billing experience.

Responsibilities

• Invoice freight shipments accurately and on time.

About Us

Royal Management Logistics is a growing transportation and logistics company seeking an experienced Logistics Billing Specialist to join our team. This is not a standard medical, retail, or office billing position. We are looking for someone who understands the fast‑paced freight industry and can accurately process customer invoices, carrier payments, and shipment documentation.

Responsibilities

• Invoice freight shipments accurately and on time
• Verify Bills of Lading (BOLs), Proofs of Delivery (PODs), rate confirmations, and shipment paperwork
• Review customer contracts and ensure billing matches agreed rates
• Process carrier invoices and resolve billing discrepancies
• Work with dispatch, customers, and carriers to resolve billing issues
• Reconcile detention, layover, lumper, TONU, and accessorial charges
• Maintain accurate records within our Transportation Management System (TMS)
• Assist with accounts receivable and collections when needed
• Meet daily and weekly billing deadlines
