Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience with billing, transportation billing experience strongly preferred.
• Desire to coach and train new employees.
• Ability to multi-task and work independently or as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Excellent time management and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Process TL and/or LTL carrier paperwork and approve carrier invoices in TMS/Aljex to pay carriers.
• Audit documents and ensure charges are accurate; adjust invoice lines as needed.
• Communicate with carriers about missing invoices and upload documents to portals.
• Meet weekly and monthly deadlines; handle invoice discrepancies and carrier requests.
• Comply with defined business processes and use of technology platforms as defined by FST.
