Royal Management Logistics Llc is seeking a Logistics Billing Specialist with freight industry experience to join our team in a fast-paced transportation environment. You will accurately process invoices, verify BOLs/PODs, and ensure billing aligns with contracts while maintaining detailed records in our TMS.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years of billing experience and strong Excel/Outlook skills, with the ability to multitask and meet strict deadlines.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Invoice freight shipments accurately and on time.
• Verify Bills of Lading (BOLs), Proofs of Delivery (PODs), rate confirmations, and shipment paperwork.
• Review customer contracts and ensure billing matches agreed rates.
• Process carrier invoices and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Work with dispatch, customers, and carriers to resolve billing issues.
• Reconcile detention, layover, lumper, TONU, and accessorial charges.
• Maintain accurate records within our Transportation Management System (TMS).
• Assist with accounts receivable and collections when needed.
• Meet daily and weekly billing deadlines.

Royal Management Logistics is a growing transportation and logistics company seeking an experienced Logistics Billing Specialist to join our team. This is not a standard medical, retail, or office billing position. We are looking for someone who understands the fast-paced freight industry and can accurately process customer invoices, carrier payments, and shipment documentation.

Responsibilities

• Invoice freight shipments accurately and on time
• Verify Bills of Lading (BOLs), Proofs of Delivery (PODs), rate confirmations, and shipment paperwork
