Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience classifying commodities and developing freight rate computations for LTL and truckload shipments.
• Proactive interpersonal, written and verbal communication and teamwork.
• Strong Excel, AS/400, SAP and PC skills.

Responsibilities

• Audit freight bills and resolve variances before carrier billing.
• Monitor and process payments through bank systems.
• Research cost variances between invoicing and charges.
• Update fuel surcharge and freight rate data in systems.
• Provide transportation reports and load/LTL rate quotes.
• Resolve SAP case disputes and ensure orders are fulfilled before invoicing.
• Collaborate with contract carriers to improve invoicing processes.
