Transportation Insight is seeking a detailed freight bill analyst in Hickory, NC to review weekly bills for assigned clients, troubleshoot issues in audit status, and collaborate with carrier personnel to ensure accuracy and timely processing.

You will support client management by communicating with customers, processing invoices, and sharing feedback with internal teams to drive quality improvements and efficient operations.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree in business or equivalent experience.
• Basic freight rate knowledge and ability with spreadsheets and analytical tools.

Responsabilités

• Review weekly freight bills for assigned clients.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with freight bills in an audit status.
• Communicate directly with carrier personnel on carrier issues.
• Process weekly/monthly invoices to customers.
• Communicate directly with customers for customer issues.
