Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in freight audit, transportation finance, or carrier billing management.
• Experience with high-volume invoice processing and audit operations.
• Knowledge of freight billing practices, accessorial charges, and transportation cost structures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee intake, coding, and processing of ~2,500 carrier invoices per week across 25 partners.
• Validate all invoice charges against contracted rates and approved accessorials.
• Lead and develop the Invoice Audit Analyst and own audit software platform and rules.
• Review and approve carrier invoices for payment after successful audit validation.
• Collaborate with Accounts Payable to ensure timely payment and resolve payment holds or disputes.
• Identify and pursue recovery on billing discrepancies and overcharges.
• Produce regular audit reports and cost-per-delivery analytics for leadership.
