You will handle inbound inquiries, upsell to drive growth, and help customers adopt self-service tools, working within Amazon Freight's Europe-focused commerce team. This role emphasizes collaboration with senior sales staff to ensure customer transport needs are met.

Qualifications

• Experience with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional environment.
• Fluent English at C1 level or above.
• Experience in sales/account management/ customer service.

Responsibilities

• Manage requests of existing shippers via e-mail and phone.
• Upsell existing shippers (customers) to reach growth targets.
• Manage high volumes of inbound sales inquiries via email and our CRM software.
• Help customers become acquainted with self-service tools, providing high-quality first-contact customer service.
