Job summary

Amazon Freight is advancing as a fast-growing startup within the Amazon ecosystem, seeking a Senior Account Executive to oversee relationships with its largest customers. You will drive new business growth by unlocking opportunities and crafting creative solutions with Pricing, Sales, and Operations teams while preserving high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience.
• Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level.
• Experience influencing internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience developing, leading, negotiating and executing corporate and/or business transactions.

Responsibilities

• Own the primary commercial relationship with Customer's executive decision makers.
• Define the account growth plan and secure alignment to deliver business objectives.
• Identify new growth opportunities and define business plans to achieve goals.
• Partner with operations leaders to define scalable operating plans for the accounts.
• Prioritize and communicate asks of partner teams to unlock new opportunities.
• Manage opportunity pipeline and monitor account health including KPI reviews and contract adherence.
• Be a trusted partner to Shipper / 3PL / Broker / Managed Transportation segments.
