Qualifications

• 1–3 years in freight brokerage, logistics, or account management.
• Strong ownership and accountability.
• Excellent communication and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day execution of your accounts from quote through delivery.
• Serve as the primary daily point of contact for customers.
• Grow accounts by spotting expansion opportunities and handing them to the Director of Sales.
• Keep Directors updated on account health, risks, and opportunities.
• Coordinate with carrier sales and ops to ensure loads are covered and delivered on time.
• Maintain clean account data in HubSpot and Turvo; provide regular performance updates.
