Job summary

Amazon Freight is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join the Enterprise Account Management team. You will be the primary operational partner for our largest enterprise shippers, owning the customer relationship, identifying systemic issues, and coordinating cross-functional teams to drive resolution.

You will lead Quarterly Business Reviews, manage escalations, and report on performance, cost inputs, and KPIs while driving cost optimization and service excellence across freight modes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience selling innovative solutions to new and existing customers.
• Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• 5+ years of B2B or enterprise sales.
• Knowledge of procurement and source-to-pay processes.

Responsibilities

• Own the enterprise customer operational relationship across all freight modes.
• Identify systemic operational defects using dashboards and feedback.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
• Lead Quarterly Business Reviews and recovery plans.
• Manage escalation communications with customer executives.
• Produce internal reporting on performance metrics and KPIs.
• Influence customer operations to optimize inputs and reduce costs.
• Activate structured recovery programs before escalation.
