Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Fraud Prevention.
• 2+ years leading teams.
• Strong understanding of payment operations and anti-fraud systems.
• Familiarity with SQL or scripting languages.
• Proficient in Excel and data analysis.
• Excellent collaboration and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage fraud team daily operations and KPI monitoring.
• Oversee development of policies to reduce fraud and losses.
• Own team development roadmap including staffing and tool selection.
• Collaborate with Global Fraud, Chargebacks and Payments ops.
• Provide input to budget decisions.
• Provide timely performance feedback and conduct reviews.
