Qualifications

• 6+ years of disputes, fraud risk prevention and detection experience in FinTech/tech
• 5+ years in fraud management or related people management roles
• Successful track record defining strategy and delivering large-scale operational change
• Strong strategic planning, risk management, and prioritization skills
• Exceptional executive communication and influence abilities
• Experience leading teams through major change and ambiguity
• Experience with AI project-driven initiatives to improve efficiency
• Experience with Lean Six Sigma or data-driven improvement
• Knowledge of scripting and querying languages such as Python/SQL is a plus

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a group of people leaders and ICs across multiple teams.
• Define and champion an operational strategy and roadmap to improve efficiency, quality, and compliance.
• Ensure accountability for service levels and productivity with data-driven burn down plans.
• Translate business goals into team objectives and communicate for alignment.
