Mission Lane LLC is seeking a Senior Operations Lead, Fraud to guide a growing team protecting cardholders from fraudulent activity. You will coach, develop, and measure 13–15 Fraud Associates, balancing risk controls with a positive customer experience.

You will leverage dashboards and data to drive coaching strategies, while shaping fraud policy and operating playbooks as the team scales across the US. This is a remote-first role with occasional onsite strategy sessions.

Competenze

• 3+ years leading customer operations, risk, or fraud teams with coaching responsibilities.
• Ability to read performance dashboards and translate data into coaching actions.
• Experience in fintech, banking, or regulated environments is preferred.

Mansioni

• Lead a team of 13 to 15 Fraud Associates, including coaching, performance reviews, and career development conversations.
• Coach the team against key operational targets, using data to identify trends and close gaps in efficiency and accuracy.
• Serve as the escalation point for high-risk fraud cases and complex customer situations, applying policy with leadership oversight.
• Build an inclusive team culture of trust, accountability, and open communication; recognize individual and team wins.
• Manage day-to-day team logistics: scheduling, time-off, project assignments, and staffing through peak periods.
• Translate company strategy and policy updates into actionable direction for the team.
