First Command Financial Services is seeking a Fraud Operations Lead to support the Head of Fraud Operations with daily coordination, investigator mentoring, and reporting. You will help maintain documentation standards, provide operational insight, and ensure timely follow-up to strengthen the fraud program.

The role emphasizes governance, audit readiness, and proactive issue escalation across the fraud team to sustain effective risk controls and channel leadership updates.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, or a related field; fraud prevention or risk-management certifications are highly desirable.

Mansioni

• Coordinate day-to-day fraud operations and assist the Head of Fraud Operations.
• Mentor fraud investigators and Senior Fraud Analysts with coaching and process guidance.
• Maintain workload visibility by monitoring queues, aging items, and intake status.
• Review submissions for completeness, routing needs, and urgency indicators for assignment.
