Job summary

Brex in San Francisco is hiring a Fraud Operations Associate to join the Operations team. You will manage daily fraud workflows, including transaction and first-party fraud, account takeovers, and help scale risk-based, customer-focused decisions.

You’ll be the in-house expert on fraud ops, drive down losses, improve efficiencies, and contribute to evolving AI tools. Hybrid work with three in-office days (Mon, Wed, Thu) and remote options.

• Achieve goals around reducing fraud losses.
• Respond to escalations with balance of risk and customer care.
• Streamline fraud workflows around reviews and investigations.
• Own incident handling and drive root cause analysis.
• Own and ship Fraud Ops roadmap projects with autonomy.
• Leverage AI tools to elevate queues and projects.
• Collaborate with Policy, Data Science, and Engineering to scale operations.
