Job summary

Brex in Salt Lake City is seeking a Fraud Operations Associate to manage daily workflows related to transaction fraud, first-party fraud, and account takeovers, with autonomy to drive down losses and improve efficiency.

This role is in a hybrid office setting with minimum three in-office days per week and occasional fully remote weeks. You will shape AI-enabled fraud tooling in collaboration with Policy, Data Science, and Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage fraud operation queues and processes.

• Own fraud incident handling and root-cause analysis.
• Lead projects and roadmap items for Fraud Ops, leveraging AI tools.
