Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• ~12 months experience as Fraud Investigator I at Grow Financial FCU or 3 years in a financial-related field (fraud/loss prevention, BSA/AML compliance, collections, or lending operations).
• Strong communication including written abilities, presentation skills, active listening, grammar, and telephone etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage a broad range of fraud case types and contribute to fraud prevention initiatives.
• Daily review of predictive reports and take appropriate actions on accounts.
• Participate in Fraud Team projects and educate members and employees on fraud-related topics.
