Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• ~12 months experience as Fraud Investigator I or 3 years in fraud-related field (fraud/loss prevention, BSA/AML, collections, lending).
• Strong communication including writing, presentation, listening, grammar, and telephone etiquette.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Must read/write/speak English; able to work from home; travel to branches as needed.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage a broad range of fraud case types.
• Review daily predictive fraud reports and take action on accounts.
• Collaborate with technical partners to understand system outputs and fraud patterns.
• Participate in Fraud Team projects and educate members and employees on fraud topics.
