Job summary

Grow Financial Federal Credit Union is seeking a Fraud Investigator II to independently manage diverse fraud cases and contribute to prevention efforts. This role bridges operational work with emerging fraud trends and samarbejdes with technical partners to interpret system outputs and patterns.

The position emphasizes daily review of predictive fraud reports, with responsibilities across fraud-related projects and educating members and employees on fraud topics.

Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred; high school diploma or equivalent required.
• 12+ months experience as a Fraud Investigator I or 3 years in a financial-related field such as fraud/loss prevention, BSA/AML compliance, collections, or lending operations.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage a broad range of fraud case types and support fraud prevention initiatives.
• Review predictive fraud reports daily and take appropriate actions on accounts.
• Collaborate with technical partners to understand system outputs and fraud patterns.
