PNC Financial Services Group in the United States is seeking a Detection & Investigation Analyst Lead to join the Zelle fraud team. The role is in-office and based in Pittsburgh with potential locations in Birmingham or Denver. Work hours are 8:30-5:00 pm ET, Monday through Friday.

The candidate will review fraud cases, analyze patterns, and coordinate with stakeholders to minimize losses. A Bachelor’s degree and strong analytical skills are required.

• Review and investigate fraud cases from Zelle systems.
• Analyze data from enterprise fraud detection systems.
• Communicate suspicions with customers when transactions are risky.
• Support card-free ATM fraud investigations.
• Document findings and coordinate with internal or external stakeholders.
• Assist in improving department processes.
