PNC is seeking a Detection & Investigation Analyst Lead in its Fraud Detection Organization. Based in multiple locations including Birmingham AL, this role focuses on outbound Zelle fraud support and analyzing cases from enterprise detection systems.

You will interact with customers during potentially fraudulent transactions, help report suspected fraud, and contribute to improving department processes. Candidates should have a university degree and experience in fraud prevention and AML
