Job summary

OpenFn is seeking a remote, relationship-driven Account Manager who is technically fluent and commercially minded. You will own and grow a portfolio of existing subscription customers as the company transitions to bundled product-and-services offerings.

As the first account manager in this market, you will build processes, cadences, and tools for ongoing account management while ensuring customer value and retention across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Own and grow relationships with a portfolio of subscription customers.
• Able to discuss platform, integrations and data workflows credibly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Own renewal forecasting and drive retention and expansion.
• Create and execute playbooks, cadences, and health scoring for accounts.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact and trusted advisor for existing customers.
• Develop account plans aligning customer objectives with OpenFn value.
• Lead QBRs and regular check-ins to review success and expansion opportunities.
• Identify at-risk accounts early and implement recovery plans.
• Coordinate with sales, delivery, and support to ensure SLA and value delivery.
• Own the end-to-end renewal process and negotiate renewals.
• Build and mature the account management function for the portfolio.
