Job summary

OpenFn seeks a remote, relationship-driven Program Manager to own and grow a portfolio of subscription customers. You will ensure retention, satisfaction, and growth, acting as the trusted advisor with strong technical credibility in integrations and data workflows.

You will build playbooks, establish cadences, and migrate customers to the new subscription model while coordinating with sales, delivery, and product teams.

Qualifications

• 3-7+ years in account management or customer-facing commercial roles in SaaS/subscription models.
• Proven track record of retaining and growing a portfolio of customers including renewals and upsell.
• Experience with technically substantive products and translating tech concepts for non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow relationships with a portfolio of subscription customers; be the trusted advisor.
• Develop account plans aligning customer objectives with OpenFn value; lead QBRs and check-ins.
• Maintain product usage awareness; coordinate with product/services teams; manage escalations.
