Job summary

OpenFn is seeking a remote, relationship-driven Program Manager to own a portfolio of subscription customers and drive retention, value, and expansion. You will speak credibly about the platform with both technical teams and senior stakeholders, and help establish a formal program management function from day one.

You will work with solution architects and delivery teams to ensure customers realize value, create account plans, and lead QBRs, while navigating a foundational, globally distributed

Qualifications

• 3-7+ years in account management or a related customer-facing role at a SaaS or subscription business.
• Proven track record of retaining and growing a portfolio and owning renewals.
• Experience with technically substantive products and translating concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Fluent professional English and French communication; able to work across distributed teams.
• Self-starter who can build and execute from home or shared office with stable internet.

Responsibilities

• Own and grow relationships with a portfolio of subscription customers.
• Develop account plans and lead quarterly business reviews and check-ins.
• Maintain strong executive-to-user relationships across customer organizations.
• Forecast renewals and manage end-to-end renewal processes.
• Coordinate with delivery teams to ensure value realization and retention.
• Establish playbooks and health metrics to scale program management.
