Job summary

Bright Brothers in Seymour, CT is seeking a Franchisee Success Coach to drive growth for our nationwide network. This in-person, full-time role focuses on coaching, strategy, and performance improvement to boost revenue and operational excellence.

You will build relationships, deliver sales and process training, and collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Support to elevate franchisee performance. A Bachelor's degree and coaching background are preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to coach, mentor, and influence business owners and teams.
• Track record in business development, franchise support, business coaching, or field consulting.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with Franchisees and teams.
• Deliver sales strategies, operational efficiencies, and performance metrics training.
• Provide strategic business insights and data-driven recommendations.
• Drive engagement with company products and systems.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Support.
• Identify, recruit, and onboard new Franchisees.
• Travel up to 25% for on-site visits and training.
