Job summary

The Taco Bell restaurant is seeking a capable General Manager to lead daily operations, build a strong team, and ensure outstanding customer hospitality. You will hire and develop staff, schedule shifts, monitor performance, and manage the restaurant budget to drive profitability while upholding Taco Bell standards.

Ideal candidates will have 2-4 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail, a focus on results, and the ability to pass background checks and drug screening.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• 2-4 years supervisory experience in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• Basic personal computer literacy.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Background check and drug test required.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Strong leadership, communication, and people development skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the restaurant team and establish a positive work environment.
• Hire, orient, and train new hires.
• Schedule staff and deploy team effectively.
• Address performance issues and resolve customer concerns.
• Manage restaurant budget and financial plans.
• Drive profits and maintain food quality and service standards.
• Lead internal promotion from Assistant General Manager preferred.
