Job summary

Houston-based Taco Bell Franchisee is seeking a General Manager to lead restaurant operations, build a high-performing team, and ensure exceptional customer experiences. The candidate will hire, train, schedule, and coach staff, while driving profitability.

The ideal leader has 2–4 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail, strong communication, and a track record of developing others, with a proactive, positive attitude.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• 2–4 years supervisory experience in food service or retail with P&L responsibility.
• Basic personal computer literacy.
• Strong preference for internal promotion from Assistant General Manager.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Must pass background check and drug test.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Strong analytical/decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct operation of the restaurant and build a strong, capable team.
• Lead hiring, onboarding, and training plans for each new hire.
• Schedule staff effectively and deploy the team as needed.
• Address performance issues and resolve customer concerns.
• Manage the restaurant budget and financial plans to meet targets.
