Ideal candidates have 1-3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail, strong communication skills, and a commitment to internal growth within the team. The role emphasizes leadership and accountability in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED; college degree preferred.
• 1-3 years of supervisory experience in food service or retail, including Profit and Loss responsibility.
• Basic personal computer literacy.
• Strong preference for internal promotion from Shift Manager position.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must pass background check and drug test.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Basic business math and accounting skills, and strong analytical/decision-making skills.
• Able to sweep and mop floors, dust shelves and lift/carry trash containers.
• Able to clean parking lot and grounds surrounding the restaurant.
• Able to stand/walk, lift up to 50 lbs for 80% of shift time.

• Ensure Team Members and Shift Managers complete duties and inventory tasks.
• Maintain financial accountability and serve safe, quality food.
