Regions Bank's Ascentium Capital division seeks an Ascentium Direct Sales Account Manager to develop business and service clients for equipment and technology financing. The role spans nationwide markets with customized financing programs and a focus on delivering value to customers.

You will pursue leads, present proposals, negotiate terms, and maintain strong client relationships, with a compensation structure that includes base and commissions offering substantial earning potential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 1 year of commercial, small business, equipment financing or related inside sales experience or a Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Maintain an average of $400,000 in monthly production
• Remote opportunities require 1-2 years of equipment financing/leasing experience

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new leads to achieve production goals
• Conduct phone meetings to discuss products and present proposals
• Negotiate terms and finalize sales and secure deals
• Maintain knowledge of product information and stay updated on market trends
• Ensure client paperwork is complete and submitted on time
• Develop new business and maintain client relationships
• Prepare and present solutions to a diverse customer base
