Regions Bank is seeking an Ascentium Direct Sales Account Manager in Dover, NH, to develop business and service clients’ financing needs. The role focuses on prospecting, presenting solutions, and closing deals while maintaining relationships with diverse clients across national markets.

Eligible for an incentive-based commission plan, with total compensation ranging from competitive base plus variable pay, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Maintain an average of $300,000 in monthly production.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 1 year of commercial, small business, equipment financing or related inside sales experience.
• Demonstrated results meeting production sales goals.
• Experience using CRM platforms and other applicable sales tools.

Responsibilities

• Identifies and pursues new leads to achieve production goals.
• Conducts phone meetings with potential clients and presents proposals.
• Communicates product information to clients and policies.
• Negotiates terms and finalizes sales deals.
• Maintains thorough knowledge of product offerings.
