Subway is seeking a Manager, Franchise Performance in Wichita, KS to lead a territory of franchise restaurants and drive profitability. You will review performances, partner with franchisees on action plans, and coach on programs, technology tools, and marketing initiatives.

The role requires strong business acumen, 5+ years in related operations leadership, and the ability to travel 80–90% while alternating field and home-based admin days.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in multi-unit quick-service, fast casual, or related operations leadership.
• Willingness to travel 80-90% within territory; 4 days field, 1 admin day from home.
• Strong business acumen: P&L, sales trends, cost drivers, margin improvement.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and influence operators/franchisees.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel; comfortable with reporting systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned territory of franchise restaurants and partner with franchisees.
• Review sales, financial, operational, and performance data to identify improvements.
• Create action plans with franchisees to boost sales, profitability, guest experience, and brand execution.
• Conduct regular restaurant visits to assess operations, food safety, and standards.
• Coach franchisees on programs, best practices, technology tools, marketing initiatives, and ops improvements.
• Support new restaurant openings, remodels, ownership transitions, and market development.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support franchisee success and market performance.
