Subway in Waco, TX is seeking a Manager, Franchise Performance to lead a portfolio of franchise restaurants, driving sales, profitability, and adherence to brand standards.

This field-based role requires frequent travel (80–90%), strong business acumen, and the ability to coach operators to improve results. You will partner with franchisees to develop action plans and support market performance.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in multi-unit quick-service / restaurant operations or related leadership.
• Strong financial acumen: P&L, sales trends, cost drivers, margin improvement.
• Proven ability to lead, coach and influence operators and franchisees.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned territory of franchise restaurants and serve as a trusted business partner.
• Review sales, financial and operational data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Partner with franchisees to create action plans that boost sales and profitability.
• Conduct regular restaurant visits to assess operations and standards.
• Coach franchisees on programs, tools, and operational improvements.
• Support new restaurant openings, remodels, and ownership transitions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support franchisee success.
