Job summary

Subway in Omaha, NE seeks a Manager, Franchise Performance to lead a portfolio of restaurants in the field. You will analyze sales, profitability and operations data, partner with franchisees to drive planned improvements, and support openings, remodels and market development efforts.

The role requires frequent travel, strong business sense, and the ability to influence without direct authority while maintaining brand standards and exceptional guest experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in multi-unit quick-service/foodservice or related leadership roles.
• Willingness to travel 80-90% within territory; in-field 4 days/week + home-based admin day.
• Strong business acumen: P&L, sales trends, cost drivers, margin improvements.
• Proven ability to lead, coach and influence operators and franchisees.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and reporting/franchise systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned territory of franchise restaurants and partner with franchisees.
• Review sales, financial, operational, and performance data to identify improvements.
• Create action plans to boost sales, profitability, guest experience, and brand execution.
• Visit restaurants to assess operations, food safety, and standards.
• Coach operators on programs, best practices, and technology tools.
