Subway in Baton Rouge, LA is seeking a Manager, Franchise Performance to support a portfolio of restaurants. In this field-based role you will analyze sales data, partner with franchisees to drive profitability, strengthen operations, and ensure brand standards are consistently executed.

The ideal candidate will travel 80-90% within territory, lead and coach operators, and translate observations into actionable plans.

Qualifications

• Field-based leadership role with travel
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a related field
• 5+ years in multi-unit QSR/foodservice/hospitality or related operational leadership

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned territory of franchise restaurants and serve as a trusted business partner to franchisees.
• Review sales, financial, operational, and performance data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Partner with franchisees to create action plans that improve sales, profitability, guest experience, operations, and brand execution.
• Conduct regular restaurant visits to assess operations, food safety, standards, and overall performance.
• Coach franchisees on company programs, technology tools, marketing initiatives, and operational improvements.
• Support new restaurant openings, remodels, ownership transitions, and market development activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support franchisee success and market performance.
